Non-refundable deposits are taken which are deducted from treatment costs if commence. This is applicable for consultations for Implants, Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Facial Rejuvenation, Smile Makeover, Orthodontics.

This deposit does not replace the consultation fee for Specialists or dentists with specialist interest.

All prices quoted may vary, for a full quotation, please ask your dentist.

The 10% discount applies to Essentials Plan members only
Failed appointments or late cancellations will be charged up to a minimum of £100 per hour.

*Advanced treatment is excluded from the 10% discount on the plan.

*Maximum of two plan inclusive visits per 12-month rolling period for Essentials Plan members.

*You may lose the appointment if you fail to attend or late cancel ( without giving 48 hours notice)

How do I pay for my Invisalign treatment?

There are three ways to pay for your Invisalign treatment.

• All up front
• Half at the start of the treatment and the rest in maximum of three instalments over your first three Invisalign treatment visits
• Use our finance service

Dental Insurance

Dear Patient, we are very happy to facilitate those of you for whom your Dental Insurance requires us to be involved with form-filling, officially signing, stamping, or who need a certain format for your Invoices at the point of payment. However, to avoid being levied a small administrative fee of £2.50 please:

• 1. TELL US AT THE TIME OF PAYING THAT YOU REQUIRE A CERTAIN INVOICE.
• 2. BRING IN YOUR INSURANCE FORMS WHEN YOU COME AND REQUEST OUR HELP WHEN YOU PRESENT.

If you email these forms to us before or after the appointment, we can strive to attend to them for you, hopefully by the end of that week, but you will incur a fee of £2.50. This applies if you contact us after the appointment seeking reissuing of an invoices(s) also.

Our administrative workload is completely overwhelming; the easing of pandemic restrictions for the public has not been mirrored in our industry yet. We are sorry to introduce this necessary fee.
